Erin found meditation in a life that applauded a busy schedule. It was easy to think that hustling was the norm, after she attended college in New York City. It wasn’t until she stopped moving that she was able to find the benefits of true stillness. She noticed the impacts of meditation in her everyday life.
Erin is a yoga and meditation teacher, with training from Kripalu (200-hour RYT), Wanderlust (500-hour RYT), Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training, Spiritual Psychology Certification at University of Santa Monica, Certified Teacher for The Class by Taryn Toomey, and David Elliott Breathwork Level 3 Certification.
