Journey is on a mission to help all people live happier, healthier, less stressed lives.
The Power of Community
We believe in the power of human connection. We believe that meditation is more impactful when done with others so we’re building the world’s largest, most supportive, inclusive meditation community, both online and off.
A Simple Approach Everyone Can Relate To
We teach group meditation classes in a simple, approachable way, in local communities, at organizations around the world, and anywhere through the Journey LIVE app.
A Powerful Practice
Harvard said meditation eases anxiety. Stanford showed it reduces stress. Wake Forest noted that it sharpens focus in just four days.
Here’s how it happens: you focus your thoughts on one thing – in Journey we use the breath – and when your mind wanders (it will, and that’s okay) you notice and gently bring your attention back to your breath. That refocusing is like a push-up for your brain. Over time you become more familiar with your thoughts and yourself, leading to greater calm, clarity, and peace of mind. If you haven’t already, now is your time to get started.
